This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, YouTube, Google, or any other social media platform through which the Giveaway may be promoted.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on September 17, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit the Colin Kaepernick feature on the Storehouse & Friends website and complete and submit the official Giveaway entry form with all required information, including:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Mobile Phone Number
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period.
No purchase, payment, book purchase, social media follow, YouTube subscription, email marketing subscription, SMS marketing subscription, or other consideration is required to enter or win.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, generated by automated means, submitted using multiple identities, telephone numbers, or email addresses by the same individual, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.
5. Email and SMS Marketing
Providing an email address and mobile phone number is required for purposes of administering the Giveaway and contacting potential winners.
Providing this information does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
Consent to receive promotional email or text messages from Sponsor or Storehouse & Friends is optional, must be provided separately, and is not required to enter or win.
Declining marketing communications will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning.
Entrants who separately elect to receive email or SMS marketing communications will be subject to the applicable consent disclosures, privacy policy, and opt-out procedures presented when they enroll.
6. Prizes
Fifty (50) winners will each receive:
One (1) copy of The Perilous Fight by Colin Kaepernick, signed by Colin Kaepernick.
The retail price of an unsigned copy of the book is $32.50. Accordingly, the stated approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is at least $32.50, and the total stated ARV of all fifty (50) prizes is at least $1,625.00.
Because each prize is signed by Colin Kaepernick, its collectible or resale value may exceed the retail price of an unsigned copy. Sponsor makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the present or future market, collectible, or resale value of any signed copy.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No prize substitution is permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Sponsor will pay the cost of standard shipping of prizes to confirmed winners within the United States.
All federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly stated in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about September 28, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select fifty (50) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted using both the email address and mobile phone number provided with their entry.
Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner by email and telephone.
Each potential winner must respond to Sponsor within five (5) calendar days following Sponsor’s first notification attempt and provide any information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and deliver the prize.
Sponsor may require a potential winner to confirm their name, age, eligibility, mailing address, and compliance with these Official Rules before awarding a prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified. Sponsor may then randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be shipped to the U.S. mailing addresses provided by confirmed winners.
Sponsor is not responsible for a prize that cannot be delivered because a winner provided an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated mailing address.
Winners should allow a reasonable period following verification for prize shipment and delivery.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to identify a winner by their first name, last initial, city, and state in connection with administration and announcement of the Giveaway without additional compensation.
Any broader use of a winner’s photograph, likeness, voice, testimonial, or other identifying material for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to any consent required by applicable law.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law, to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process, circumvent the one-entry-per-person limitation, use automated or fraudulent entry methods, interfere with the operation of the Giveaway, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
If the Giveaway cannot be administered as planned because of fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance that materially affects the fairness, integrity, security, or proper administration of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may, where appropriate and permitted by law, award the prizes through a random drawing from eligible entries received before the event that caused termination.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, and assigns from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or otherwise defective entries resulting from technical, network, computer, internet, website, telecommunications, or other failures outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
13. Social Media and Third-Party Platforms
The Giveaway may be advertised or promoted through Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or other third-party platforms.
The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, YouTube, Google, or any other applicable social media platform.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that information submitted in connection with the Giveaway is being provided to Sponsor and not to those third-party platforms.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with potential winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud, comply with applicable legal obligations, and for other purposes described in Sponsor’s applicable Privacy Policy.
Email addresses and mobile phone numbers collected for Giveaway administration will not, solely by virtue of entry, be used to send marketing communications.
Marketing communications will be sent only to entrants who separately provide the applicable marketing consent, subject to applicable law and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding arising from the Giveaway that is not otherwise governed by an enforceable dispute-resolution agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Michigan, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Winners List
To request the names of the winners, send a written request after October 15, 2026 and no later than December 31, 2026 to:

17. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant acknowledges that they have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
